Payment terms

50% deposit with booking confirmation

50% at least 1 week before arrival

Deposit: €200

Will be refunded within 7 working days if the apartment has been swept clean and inspected.

The amount of the deposit will be adjusted for longer-term rentals.

Final cleaning including Corona-compliant hygiene measures : €30
